Casa Kaan Calakmul - Xpujil

Surrounded by a vast jungle, Casa Ka’an is an eco-friendly property that functions with solar panels, solar water heaters and biodigestors for waste water treatment. The houses also feature its own fruit orchard, WIFI, and private parking on site.

Casa Kaan Calakmul is comprised of 9 smart independent cabins with smart switches and devices. Theyhave air-conditioning, seating area and a terrace overlooking the fruit orchard and offering views of the surrounding jungle. Towels and linens are provided.

The bathroom comes with a shower, and there is a full kitchen that includes kitchenware (except Casa Limon).

Guests can enjoy the onsite restaurant and bar everyday. Casa Ka’an compliments the guest with daily breakfast of eggs, fresh fruit and coffee. The organic residues produced are used as fertilizer for the orchard.

Casa Kaan is 3 km away from Chicanná and Becán, and 6 minutes drive from central Xpujil.

Keep in mind that each room in our facility is separate from the others. This means that every room has its own private space, ensuring that you have your own quiet and comfortable area without any shared walls or common areas.

The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 11:00.

Please note that when booking in Casa Kaan Calakmul a 50% payment is due before arrival and it must be paid by credit or debit card. The remaining 50% must be paid upon arrival in cash and in Mexican pesos (MXN$).Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
